His Majesty’s aim, industriously applied over the years, has been to focus on helping people to help themselves to become self-supportive.
More than 4,000 royal development projects have been instigated in line with His Majesty’s will of self-sufficiency by addressing socioeconomic development and through the preservation of natural resources and environment conservation. It is both poignant and significant that throughout the decades these projects have served to underpin the King’s pledge.

The documentary portraits the royal projects founded from His Majesty’s vision are still moving forward to bring prosperity to all people in the country and other regions.
Many projects, especially Sustainable Alternative Livelihood Development have become the world vision of United Nations for human resource development in coming decade.
The documentary presents how His Majesty cultivated knowledge by using scientific methods, researching and experimenting processes which changed an unknown to be known. This documentary tell the story by interviewing notable expertise who specialized in each area, such as soil, water and forest, and exchange experiences and idea with local people who involved in His Majesty’s projects from the beginning.
These pieces of work are presented out of heartfelt concern for the less fortunate and with infinite respect for the future of mankind.
